Order Different Services or Equipment

To change services or equipment, e.g. add hard drive space, load balancing, or other services, email sales@junctionbox.net or call us Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM (352) 683-0349 and speak to your Account Manager. They can explain what service or equipment options are available and get the ball rolling on upgrades, downgrades or other service adjustments.

Optional Services

Junctionbox's Monitoring Services

Junctionbox's Monitoring service watches your server(s) through port checks, SNMP and intelligent monitoring agents. Notifications can be by e-mail, pager, a phone call from our Network Operations Center, or you can authorize Junctionbox to take corrective action on your behalf. (This service is included if Junctionbox manages the Operating System of your Managed Server.) To order this service, contact your account manager via email sales@junctionbox.net or by phone (352) 683-0349.

System Administrator For Hire

If you would like a Junctionbox System Administrator to assist you in installing software upgrades and other administrative tasks we recommend System Administrator for Hire. This service is billed to you by the half hour at $150/hour during regular business hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday) and $250/hour during off hours and holidays. To request our System Admin for hire service, Call (352) 683-0349 and email it to support@junctionbox.net.
