This option is currently only available for Managed Server Customers. This requires that we have root or Administrator access. It is your pre-authorization for Junctionbox's professional Administrators to spend up to ___ hours (default is 2 hours) per incident for immediate response to an alarm. All actions that are not to repair Junctionbox owned hardware or network failures are billed to you at $150/hour (8am-5pm M-F) and $250/hour (all other times). |
