Junctionbox supports all currently available TLDs (Top Level Domains) including the new .info TLD and all geographic TLD designations (.us, .cc, .tv, etc).
To register a new domain name, first you need to find out if the name is available. You can either check the availability of the name at the Network Solutions website or contact Junctionbox Sales at (352) 683-0349 and we'll do the legwork for you.
Once you have found an available name, you can register it yourself using the technical info below. Once done, contact Junctionbox Sales so we can do our part by adding the new domain name to our name servers. Junctionbox domain name service is a one-time $50 setup fee. Your registrar will most likely have a separate recurring fee.
Or for .com/org/net/edu TLDs we can complete the registration process for you. We use Network Solutions as our preferred domain name registrar. Contact Junctionbox sales to register and add your name to our name servers. There is a one-time $50 Junctionbox setup fee. Network Solutions will bill you for the recurring portion.

You will need to contact your registrar for their procedure on making changes. Junctionbox domain name service is a one-time $50 setup fee. There are usually no transfer charges from registrars.

To change the contents of your domain name's DNS entries in Junctionbox's Name Servers, send e-mail to the Junctionbox Hostmaster hostmaster@junctionbox.net. During the business day requests are typically processed within 2 hours.
As an Junctionbox domain name customer, there are a number of expected e-mail addresses you should configure in your e-mail system. There isn't any Internet requirement that these address exist however Internet professionals often take them for granted. We recommend at all domains include both postmaster and hostmaster addresses.
If you run your own mail server, please add these addresses as aliases. If Junctionbox does your mail, we'll be happy to include these aliases for any @domain mailboxes; just send a request to support@junctionbox.net.
