Setting up your own mail server can be cheaper than having multiple Junctionbox email boxes, but you've got to maintain your own mail server and make sure that spammers can't use it to send email. See this page for details: Running your Own Mail Server
If you have received your account information from us, and it includes and email username and password, you are checking your email from the Junctionbox mail server. Here are some things you should know.
When sending attachments, mail programs encode the files. This encoding tends to inflate the size 10-30% so the practical limit is somewhat less than 10MB.
Check your Junctionbox email is as easy as entering the following url in any browser window. http://webmail.junctionbox.net you will have to supply your username and password but this will allow you to check your E-Mail from anywhere you might be.
See our Mailing Lists web page for information about free and low cost mailing list providers. (We do not provide mailing list services or management at Junctionbox).
