When tracking down email problems with particular messages or spam and abuse complaints, it is often helpfull to view, or send support@junctionbox.net the Full Headers of the email message.
Full Headers are often stripped off by your Email program because most of the time you don't need them. They include information about where the email originated, what path it took through the Internet, and how long it took to get to each step. To view full headers, follow the instructions below.
If your Netscape Messenger isn't open, open it now and click on the folder with the mail message in it.
Click on the message that you want to view the full
headers on. That allows you
access to view options for this particular message.

From the View menu, select Headers and
then choose All to see the full headers.
You can now forward this message normally and the full headers will be
included when the message that gets sent.
