Select Add.... if you don't already have an Internet E-mail service installed.
If you have a Business Account with your own domain name, you would use that domain name in the "E-mail Address" and "Reply Address" fields instead of junctionbox.net.
That should do it. Click on Ok. To send and receive mail, go to Tools menu and select Check for new mail....
